Middlebury Budget Dashboard

An R/Shiny dashboard for exploring Middlebury town budget data across fiscal years, departments, revenue, expenses, and source budget PDFs.Built for the Town of Middlebury as part of a statistical consulting project. The app uses cleaned budget datasets, original budget PDFs, interactive charts, department comparisons, and a Recreation deep dive to make public finance data easier to study.
